    They didn’t clarify that a skillet was hot and my guest burnt their hand on the skillet. The kitchen also threw my ticket away causing the food to come out an hour after our order being taken.

    I booked a table for 5 for a work dinner/journal club. Not being from Flagstaff, I didn't know what to expect. My dinner mates recommended it. I didn't know that the restaurant had a private room that we could use at no extra charge but they were very happy to let us have it at the last minute. The food was very good, the wait staff was attentive but not overly so. The private room made the journal club go so much better, it was great!!

    I came for the first time on a Jazz Night and it was absolutely incredible! Not only is the environment pleasant and welcoming but the food is incredible, and service was amazing! It’s a great way to spend a night out or even for a student to use their dining dollars and still make it feel so special.

    Went there to have a nice dinner with the family. We were seated at a booth and the people in the booth next to us were watching a basketball game on their phone and it was way too loud. We asked to be re-seated and our waitress said that we could pick any table we wanted. So we picked what appeared to be a quiet table near the kitchen with no neighbors so that we could have a nice, quiet discussion. The next thing I heard was the kitchen staff dropping f-bombs and complaining about a coworkers mental abilities. I shot a look that direction and the outbursts subsided so we stayed. My wife and I ordered burgers and they were meh. Overcooked, frozen patties are hard to get excited about. My son had a the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and as soon as he picked it up and took a bite, whatever sauce was on it just ran out the back and all over his hands, the plate, and his napkin. He said the flavor was OK, but the experience was poor. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and that was the only saving grace of the evening. I've been here before and had a much better overall dining experience. It will be quite some time before I try it again.

    Showed up on time, seated, but service staff did come for at least 20 minutes. Not her fault. In fact she was the best part of the meal. Trinity had great personality and service; however her other co-workers left much to be desired, including her manager! Food was okay, but ordered a ribeye only to have another staff person give it away to another table, so I was stuck with prime rib (not bad, just not what I wanted). Dessert was good. The. We were abruptly rushed out so they could clean to close, while they let other tables stay.Definitely not the positive experience we were hoping for. Additionally, while the manager did try to mend things with discount to, they never once showed up to see what happened. Disappointing.

    Staff were friendly but inexperienced. Food taste varied. Prime rib special was good but pasta lacked sauce. Ran out of wine after having only one glass.

    Restaurant was difficult to find on NAU campus as there was no lit signage. Menu was limited. I've had better steaks as mine was overdone. Drinks were good, as well as the dessert.

    First time visit as I researched online before making reservations. The service staff were very welcoming and helpful. The online menu and actual experience were somewhat varied. We ordered the shrimp skewers top sirloin for the entrees. The vegetables on the skewer could have been a little more cooked and the top sirloin, while requested to be well done, resulted in a hockey puck style that went beyond. Our server did discount the meal, which we indicated was not necessary, but nonetheless, grateful.
