    We were promptly greeted by the hostess and seated before our reservation time. Our server, Hannah(sp?), was fantastic. She provided very detailed descriptions of the wine, specials, and food offerings. She was attentive, but not annoying. Her enthusiasm was refreshing. She was quick to clear our table, when needed. Hannah was very personable and friendly, while remaining the consummate professional, which my husband and I truly appreciated. Our meals, from the appetizers to desserts, were phenomenal. The Chef and his team prepared and presented, in our opinion, Michelin and James Beard quality everything. While the price points are high compared to other restaurants in the Savannah area, Alligator Soul is worth it. Especially because the offerings are exotic and unique, but still “familiar.” We have dined here a few times over the years, pre-Covid. The dining experience is just as exceptional this visit as it had been in the past. We highly recommend Alligator Soul because of the Chef, the Sommalier, and Hannah, our server.

    Fantastic dinner spot! The best meal of our vacation along st Augustine, Jekyll island, and Savannah! Would absolutely dine again!

    We were a bit hesitant at first when we were picking this restaurant but when we got there, OMG, what a gem! The ambience, the service, the food, the price were all amazing. We were celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Every single choice on the menu looked so good and it was hard to choose but I ended up going with the wild game speciality Antelope meal and my wife had the diver’s scallops. We are definitely coming back here next time we visit Savannah!

    The best experience I have had at a restaurant. I went here to celebrate my birthday and was greeted by a warm ambiance, kind smiles, and a clean environment. My waitress was kind and warm and explained the menu and specials phenomenally, and even convinced me to try something new. My boyfriend and I ordered the bison short rib, and the antelope(trying something new) and they were PHENOMENAL. We got cocktails they were presented beautifully and tasted amazing and began the night with an alligator appetizer with house made buttermilk ranch that was everything. All of the staff consistently checked on us and our food was brought out promptly and hot! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

    Phenomenal experience and a must go to place! Our waiter Charlie was amazing and knowledgeable. Recommend everyone to go and visit.
