Paul Wahlberg presents Alma Nove, a stylish and contemporary restaurant and bar offering classic Italian cuisine amid the bountiful flavors of the surrounding Mediterranean. Located in the historic Hingham Shipyard steps from the beautiful shoreline of Hingham Bay, guests can enjoy a scenic view whether they dine inside with panoramic floor to ceiling windows or on the patio furnished with lounge furniture and a fire pit.                                                   A beautiful little place with delicious food and exceptional service. Everything hit or exceeded expectations from the calamari to the Gemelli. The desserts were incredible too and the espresso martinis are nothing to scoff at. An absolute hit for Hingham! Enjoy!

                                                  Waiter was attentive but had no personality. Bread was hard. Martinis were small and very expensive. Ordered salmon which was overcooked and risotto was tasteless. Luckily the atmosphere is very nice otherwise I wouldn't be going there as much as I do.

                                                  We’ve been for dinner in the past and it’s always been outstanding, decided to go for lunch and we were a little bit underwhelmed. Service was nowhere near standards we’re used to. The server was very polite, but just wasn’t engaging at all, we had to ask about the soup and sandwich of the day and we had to ask about the special of the day. The sandwich of the day was a roast beef sandwich, which was very good however it was very small. I guess for the price, the size of the soup and sandwich for both of us was almost like a kids meal. The taste and flavor was great, but it was very tiny. Calamari was not bad however, the cheesecake for dessert was disappointing, a little crumbly, and we didn’t finish. They did take the cheesecake off, but, I wasn’t really concerned with the paying for it. It was just a little disappointing because every time we’ve been there in the past for dinner it was great.

                                                  Beautifully decorated for the holiday. Viewing the fire pit from the window felt like being in front of a fireplace. We were there late so it quieted down around 10pm and was actually peacefully celebratory. All the staff warm and inviting. Food excellent as usual.

                                                  This is the restaurant you go to if you like to eat beautiful food in a beautiful setting. The service is fantastic. And Chef Paul is often front of the house talking to customers as if they are all old friends. The food is delicious. So fortunate to have such a lovely restaurant 10 minutes from home.
