Here’s a detailed review for Anson 11 based on your input: I recently dined at Anson 11 and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, our server was personable, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we were seated. They were quick to check on our table, refill drinks, and ensure we had everything we needed, which I really appreciated. However, the food fell short of expectations. I ordered the chicken, and unfortunately, it was seriously overcooked—dry and lacking the flavor or tenderness I would expect at this price point. Given the upscale atmosphere and the premium prices on the menu, I anticipated a higher standard of quality. It was disappointing that the food didn’t match the otherwise high level of service and ambiance. Overall, while the staff and setting were impressive, the main reason you visit a restaurant—the food—was underwhelming. I’d consider returning if the kitchen can elevate their dishes to match the excellent service.

We sat on the outside patio and the weather was beautiful. We were able to see a parade while we were waiting for dinner,as well had a nice view of the Plaza Christmas lights.

The pastrami sandwich was dry and the steak fries were tough. Love the restaurant but so disappointed tonight.

My family had a very nice time in the Bistro. The booths were comfortable, the lights were nice and dim, and the food was spectacular! Very fair pricing if you plan on getting one thing per person. My only issue was the noise level. I felt like I had to yell to be able for my family to hear anything I said, and we were all right next to each other. The staff was also attentive and did not come by super offer which is what I prefer. Definitely a place to have a nice dinner with a small group of people.

George our waiter was awesome. Michelle the manager was super kind and accommodating . Nice view great food and made my wife’s bday / anniversary an experience. No complaints. Great night

This is my second disappointing experience at my formerly favorite restaurant. Everyone’s food was lukewarm at best. The server was ok. Prices were ok. The crème brûlée was delicious.

The service was outstanding. We were constantly checked on, and the team ensured we had everything we needed. All the guests from our party thought that the food was amazing. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience at Anson 11.

The experience could have been better comparing years ago and now. All employees we encountered it felt that everyone was forced to talk and say nice things like it wasn’t natural and it was really awkward like they had no spirit in them. Talking about food, the steak was to salty like eating sand on top of the New York steak , so rest of the food was ok, nothing spectacular of the flavor besides the crab Mac and cheese and carrots and caesar salad was good. Overall it was good experience, it’s just a walk in the park to eat something calm.
