We aim to give you an unforgettable feeling when you taste our food, taking you to the various regions of Puglia, have you been? If not, then its time to go there ... of course, through us! Or feel free to visit our main branch in Bari, where we have had years of experience creating wonderful dishes, which we now bring to you in London.The most important ingredients that we use in creating our dishes are actually imported directly from local producers and farmers from the Puglia region.We use very little yeast in our dough for both our homemade bread and pizzas and the proving process is a minimum of 72 hours.We, Sassa & Sons, are bringing Italian style cooking to you using our grandma’s recipes, unchanged in every way.

                                                                                                      Great dinner lovely cocktail. Unfortunately the service was not great. We were asked to move tables after eating to make room for a party who were bigger than the table they booked. We obliged but immediately felt pressured by the staff to leave quickly. Was an unfortunate way to end what was otherwise a pleasant experience.

                                                                                                      The pasta was okay but the risotto was overcooked and bland with no parmesan offered. Desserts were hopeless: baba as dry as sponge and even the tiramasu just tasted of cream with a tiny bit of tasteless sponge at the bottom of the glass.

                                                                                                      Simple menu, executed brilliantly. Great staff, very attentive and superb quality food at a great price. I would highly recommend Apulia. It works as a great option for 1-1 dining and for large groups (I've experienced both).

                                                                                                      Great atmosphere. Thoughtful prefix Christmas meal thoughtful, tasty and good price. Wine selection is excellent. It was a great spot to go to after Saint Bartholomew The Great’s Christmas concert. Very pleased.
