We aim to give you an unforgettable feeling when you taste our food, taking you to the various regions of Puglia, have you been? If not, then its time to go there ... of course, through us! Or feel free to visit our main branch in Bari, where we have had years of experience creating wonderful dishes, which we now bring to you in London.The most important ingredients that we use in creating our dishes are actually imported directly from local producers and farmers from the Puglia region.We use very little yeast in our dough for both our homemade bread and pizzas and the proving process is a minimum of 72 hours.We, Sassa & Sons, are bringing Italian style cooking to you using our grandma’s recipes, unchanged in every way.

Went here as looked at reviews which seemed to give good vibes. We went on a Saturday at 3pm. The restaurant was quiet due to time of day. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and tired. However the food was nice.

Lovely enjoyable lunch with excellent and friendly service. We ate pizza and pasta, charcuterie starter and puddings. Noisy on Thursday lunchtime but full up and lots of atmosphere. Good fun Italian restaurant. Not stuffy at all. Happy to return

Food on this occasion was very average (on previous occasions it was very good, so this was disappointing). This was a menu that "sounded" good, (though two key menu items were not available, even though we were dining early) but the way they were cooked were very basic and can only be described as average

My friends had brilliant pizzas and really enjoyed them. I had spinach ravioli which was great, it was good to be able to choose a slightly smaller size meal as I don’t eat as much and don’t like to waste good food. Having the vegetarian choice was good too, I do eat meat but just love spinach and Italian cheese!! The welcome was warm and friendly and have eaten here before so new it would be great to return for a great meal. Thank you

A super atmosphere, very friendly and solicitous service. Food was delicious - excellent pizza and wine. Quite noisy - but reflected the fact that people felt relaxed and were clearly enjoying themselves.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived 10 minutes early for my reservation, and the table wasn’t ready yet. I was directed to wait in a highly overcrowded waiting area, which was uncomfortable and chaotic. By the time it was 7 PM—the time of my reservation—I asked the manager for an update on how much longer I would need to wait. Instead of receiving a courteous response, the manager returned after a few minutes and told me, “Why are you complaining? The table is ready.” This dismissive and unprofessional attitude left a bad impression, and the lack of organization at such a highly rated establishment was unacceptable. While I understand delays can happen, guests should be treated with respect and given proper updates. This experience overshadowed the rest of the evening.
