One of the prettiest and long-lived restaurants in Boca Raton, Arturo's (featuring Northern Italian fare) is owned and run by consummate restaurateurs Vincenzo and Rosaria Gismondi. Their tuxedo-clad staff are attentive and friendly, and do their best to inform you about, and not just serve, the excellent food.
Arturo's has a number of distinctive and attractive features. The antipasti trolley is filled with a mammoth selection of traditional Italian dishes (don't picture the usual salads - we have enjoyed crab dishes, pastas, stone crabs, grilled eggplant, layered pastries stuffed with veggies and cheeses, smoked salmon, etc). It is marvelous, and, at a very reasonable cost, a terrific way to dine. Due to market fluctuations, some dishes may be priced separately, so be sure to ask if anything on the trolley is not included in the one price given. Entrees are also wonderful. The Dover sole is something to behold, the meats are tender and perfectly prepared in many ways.

Pianist and his son singing. Excellent food. Beautiful venue. Who could ask for more ? Enzo was our waiter and he could not have been more attentive. We watched a chef make ravioli from scratch. Had drinks at the bar with Lou. And capped off a beautiful evening with Caffe Romano and dessert.

Disappointed in the Caesar salad, waited long time, then not made by the head server, not good, no anchovies, not even offered! The pastas were very good, but rigatoni too big! We were 6 women, and felt ignored!

Had family visiting from our of town. I have been a number of times. We shared a burrata Caprese salad. It was very fresh and tasty. My niece had Dover Sole in Champagne sauce, deboned and prepared at the table. She loved it. Her husband had homemade capellini pasta in pomodoro. sauce. He told me it was good. I had Salmon cooked in Dijon mustard. It was different. For dessert I ordered Zabagone. It is a dish of vanilla ice cream fresh strawberries with 6 egg yolks and Madeira wine whisked abd poured over the ice cream and strawberries. It was well done. The service was impeccable.
