    Delicious food and great service. The restaurant wasn’t super busy so was able to eat and enjoy time with my family.

    Food wasn't good. Chef burned the fried rice. Everyone at the table commented on it. Took 45 minutes for the chef to get to the table. Left hungry. It wasn't good. The chefs also don't have yum yum sauce on their carts and it took forever to get

    I came there with my boyfriend we were both celebrating a birthday. Benihana's asked us to print off a coupon to get $30 off our meal. I am formed the hostess that we had the coupons, I Am formed the waitress that we had the coupons. However when the bill came we were told that the coupons could not be honored because it wasn't a Monday through thursday. Nowhere on that email or that coupon did it say that the coupons were only valid Monday through thursday. Ask to speak to the manager she was a b**** she had no intentions of trying to make this right. I was very upset I will be calling corporate office, and I will never return to this restaurant again. Customer service is how you retain your business. The manager had no intentions of trying to do anything to help make this right. She pretty much just walked away.

    Restaurant and grill were dirty. Server was terrible, never even got the bar drink that was ordered. Server spilled water/pop from her tray on grill accidentally, then purposefully tipped her tray to dump the rest on the carpet. When another guest pointed out how dirty the grill was, including her spill, she brushed him off and said the chef would clean it before he cooks. Bills were mixed up between parties. Server was mia most of the meal.

    Food was outstanding as always chef Eli is #1. Our server on the other hand was sub par. We had multiple times where 3 or more of our party of 5 were without drinks because they were empty. Server was very slow. We were given forks but no napkins, constantly waiting on drinks, just set boxes on table for us to pack our food an walked away. Waited another 30mins for him to bring bill.
