    Positives: Jose, our chef, put on a good show and prepared mostly tasty food. Our server was good about refilling drinks and removing dirty dishes. Negatives: When we were seated, the host warned us to be careful of the floor because it is slippery. We found oil all over the floor as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. The floor was dangerously slippery. The hood vent over the grill did not work so when the chef was preparing the food, smoke was billowing all around us making our eyes burn and our clothes smelled afterwards. The light on the grill did not work either making it hard to watch the chefs show, which is part of what we pay the inflated prices for.  The service was very slow at the start, we waited about 20 minutes for a glass of water. Our reservation was at 4 o’clock, so the restaurant was not overly busy at this time.  There was also no music in the area we were seated and no ambience whatsoever.  It is really unfortunate that this restaurant can’t seem to get it together. Year’s ago it was a good spot, now it is an overpriced dive.

    Most of it was great until we got to the bill. I was charged a tip I was charged a food service fee I was charged a couple other fees along with tax. My bill that should have been around $275 ended up being $375 outrageous will never go back! A tip is not required to be given. If I choose to leave a tip it is because they did a good job, I should not be required to leave one.

    Well I booked for a nice valentines dinner that I stated and when we arrived we were crammed at a super full table and next to a birthday group of ten year old boys who were screaming most the time I regret booking for this occasion

    Cliff, our chef, was outstanding. He knows what he’s doing & was good with a varied crowd. Service was also good. Wayyyyyyy too much garlic butter on everything. Lots of salt, too. Would’ve preferred a say in how our very expensive food was prepared.

    This place definitely is going downhill. There were two people at my table that had birthdays that never got sung to. Silverware was handed out after the food. The server was begging for more tips on top of the 20% service fee they’re now putting on the tab since Covid, claiming she only gets 4% of that, which is ridiculous. The cook did like 2 things while cooking, But the food was good!

    I do not like that this establishment AUTOMATICALLY includes a "Service Fee, " a sharable tip that the entire staff shares. The drink prices reflect the prices in Las Vegas, but I assure you they are not nearly as strong. The food and the chef were great, unfortunately, the other "FEES" took away from the overall experience. So be sure you pay attention to your receipt and ask questions about the fees they don't tell you about.
