    We ordered the filet mignon and the cut of meat was filled with nerves and somewhat tasteless. Everything else was delicious, but the poor quality of meat ruined our dinner. We will not be returning.

    Great food and service as always … on the other hand, prices have jumped considerably, definitely some sticker shock.

    The place was not too busy so we figured we would be in for a treat. Unfortunately our chef overcooked every dish. Certainly was not up to this restaurant's standard.

    I had to give only a 4 star rating on the service only because they seemed to be vary short of staff. Many tables were waiting a longer time for a chef and the servers seemed to be stretched thin. To their credit, the restaurant knew that this was a problem and not only gave the whole table free appetizers but they took about 30% off of each two person bill. I felt that was above and beyond. We actually enjoyed the extra time at our table to just sit and visit. In addition, they were very accommodating of my special request to have my food cooked without the addition of butter which is a staple in this type of food preparation. This is the second time I have asked for this and each time my message was relayed to the chef and he took great pains to insure that my food was cooked perfectly, off to the side of the others. Thank you Benihanas. Everything else was 5 star

    I made a reservation for 6pm on Wednesday night and was seated immediately but Chef showed up after 1 1/2hours of wait. Food was okay as I expected but it seems like they are short staffed.

    My boyfriend and I got seated right away so we thought we were off to a great start! We sat down, our server came 20 mins later for drink orders. We got our soup/salad an hour and 15 mins after we sat down. Everyone at the table had their checks wrong. Different items were put on and it took 30mins just reorganized the checks. We waited 30+ mins for our Togo rice and had to ask about it 4 times. It was not busy and the food lacked flavor. It’s not the Benihana we remember and we were there for a little 2 1/2 hours. Terrible service, everything we asked for was forgotten. We looked forward to going but ended up disappointed because no one at our table was taken care of properly
