    The waitress did no ask about our preferences and the Chef was not concentrate and funny. We’ve been to Benihana many times and this was the worst of all. The chef was in a such bad mood, tired and did not play with us.

    I understand was New Year’s Eve, but the attention was horrible, the waitress and the chef was talking about that we were a small group so their tip going to be less, the food was good but honestly we understand that was a long day but the atmosphere was really sad

    What a fun night. Good food and good company. Our chef was Louis and he was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection.

    From the receptionist at the Host at the restaurant to the bartender and the manager this place is horrible. The Manager did. Not care how employees were treating guest.

    We have been coming here for years and never had such a poor experience! We had an 8:30 reservation and they were 40 minutes behind. We ordered and once we were done with our soups and salads the waitress came over and said it would be a while because they were short staffed. It was 10pm and there was still no chef. I spoke to the manager who said that they weren’t short staffed and that the new owners were okay with all the walk ins and know how upset people are. As I was speaking to him, another gentleman walked up and was upset with his table and service as well and his treatment at the hostess stand. The manager didn’t seem to really care but I made it clear that by 10:15 I would be walking out with my four children. There was no apology or trying to rectify the situation. The chef made mention that he was there for Christmas and had one day off in the last 3 weeks. The entire situation was uncomfortable and you should stay away from this place with the new ownership.

    We were a little disappointed that we showed up early for our reservation and told to “stay close” only to be sat 30 minutes AFTER our reservation time. Would have been nice to be told they were running behind when we got there.
