The restaurant was extremely busy. Food was OK and the service was OK too. It was very loud. The worst thing were the bathrooms they were absolutely disgusting. Somebody should’ve cleaned those. Disturbing

I ate here last evening which was Thanksgiving. Food was delicious. I had shrimp, scallops and calamari. My son ordered steak and lobster. The food was fresh and seasoned perfectly. It was great fun watching it cooked in front of us. Also the people at our table were friendly and kind. It was a special holiday experience.

Pros: the food was pretty good, the guests we were seated with were fine, and the location was easily accessible with a nearby parking garage. Cons: we were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time and still had to wait almost an hour to place an order. Our chef finally arrived at our table at 9 (we had a 7pm res). Our chef also lacked the flair I have come to associate with Benihana. We also had to listen to other customers loudly complain and argue with staff the entire time we waited to be seated. Overall, I would have expected a smoother experience for a weeknight service. This location seemed overbooked and understaffed. At least the food was decent.

It was freezing cold in the restaurant. Service was so so. For the cost, it was just okay. Ordered a vodka gimlet and it was horrible. Tasted like a glass of lime juice. Took my brother and cousin for their birthdays. Never even got a photo. I fe been here many times and always got a birthday photo. It was very disappointing.
