Made reservation for 6pm—arrived at 5:50pm and didn’t get seated until 7pm. They sat large walk in parties before our reservation for 2. Portion sizes were meager, at best. Chef was not engaging and put on a bad show. Manager cleaned plates while we were still seated at table. Bathrooms were dirty. Overpriced and horribly managed location.

Worst dinning experience ever. To start dinner reservations was at 5:45pm and we checked in with the hostess at 5:35pm. Did not get seated until 6:30pm. Waiter: once the waiter took our order he was off doing who knows what. Asked if I wanted ketchup for the kids but didn't come back until the chief started cooking the adults food. He did refilled my drink once and never came back to check on us. Towards the end of dinner our meal came with desert. He never showed up to take our desert order and another family left. We had to ask a manager and she got another waitress to take our order. After the waitress took our order we waited longer and the manager that ad asked for the waitress to take our order had to ask her to go check because we just sat there waiting. Chief: the chief was friends and entertaining but he gave the wrong food to the wrong person twice. My order of shrimp was given to someone else and I had to wait to have my shrimp cook at the end of everyone else's meals. To add to that the shrimp was not completely cooked. Booster seat: waiter asked if I needed a booster seat for my kids and he comes back with one and told me the entire restaurant only has 3 and he only has one. That one that he had a broker buckle so I could not secure the booster seat to the chair. For the price we paid for dinner I expected a better experience. Also it worth noting that the hostess was telling people that had reservations that they overbooked. So what's the whole point of making reservations? Highly disappointed and Benihana needs to do better.

Food was not good the rice was burnt and the serving of chicken for the price was laughable definitely not worth the $70 I paid, the service from the cook was decent, the waiter Roland was very rude as me and my friends were paying he said so you guys don’t like giving gratuity.. we hadn’t even had the chance to all finish paying as we were paying with separate checks which I find extremely rude I’m not sure why he thinks he deserves gratuity anyways all he did was fill our drinks and provide basic service nothing memorable about it and the cook did the rest Roland if you’re reading this look In the mirror and humble yourself pls, I wouldn’t waste your time or money on this place your better off eating from the dollar menu at McDonald’s.

Always a nice time and very good food. The only problem is they can't seem to fit in their reservations. You book your time and yet, when you get there, they still can't get you in. I know it was Christmas Day, people were walking in, but they were way behind in seating people. I think they may not have had enough chefs or servers working, I don't know. When I first asked what was taking so long, one employee said they were about 40 minutes behind in seating reservations. I had my two young grandchildren with me and that was not acceptable. I kept asking what was going on, and finally after almost 25 minutes, they were able to seat us. But let's be honest, when you say you have a reservation, you need to keep to it. Otherwise it was a nice evening.

Service was great and food was good. Location was very busy but we were seated quickly. Service was attentive and friendly. Food was good but not as good as in the past ( been several years since last visit) portions are smaller and didn't have the same flavor I remembered. Overall everyone in our group enjoyed their meal and had a nice time.

Prices seemed to have increased significantly since last Christmas. We noticed that the restaurant wasn't nearly as busy as before - the quality and service were still great but I can't help but wonder if it was the pricing that caused less people to come this year.

Our reservation was for 745 we got sat at 930 ! We had to go to cheesecake and spend money our children fell asleep. The waiter was mia for big chunks of time .. it was a disappointment out holiday was not fun.

Loved our Christmas Eve Dinner at Benihana in Arcadia! There was an unexpected 30-minute wait for our table but it was all good, the place was packed and noisy and fun. I was surprised the meal and presentation seemed identical to what I remember from 20+ years ago - they have a game plan and they are sticking to it! Highly recommended!

We didn’t get to eat !! It took over an hour and we never got to sit down and when we tried to eat in the lounge they were very rude and didn’t let us order so we left we were starving
