    We had to leave before even ordering. Took forever to be seated. The ambiance is complete trash. Like a Chuck E. Cheese. Loud. Dark. No service. Nightmare.

    We've dined at this location many times and service, food and cleanliness of this store varies drastically visit-to-vist and appears to be on a downward trend. Tonight's visit was no exception. We arrived at 4pm to a very quiet restaurant and we were seated by a lovely hostess without delay. The dining room was okaish in cleanliness, but carpeting, tables, grills and ductwork/hoods over the tables were greasy and show serious signs of wear-and-tear. This restaurant is overdue for a full top-to-bottom deep cleaning (or better, rennovations!) Our server was delightful at the beginning of service - promptly taking orders, delivering beverages, soups and salads. Then, after our chef arrived, she completely disappeared. No refills, no dishes removed, no dessert delivered, no check. Our Teppenyaki Chef, Joey, was fantastic, skilled and knowledgeable. He was creative with his "show" and offered unique comedy (stuff we hadn't heard 100 times) as he prepared our dinner. Food was tasty, delicious and perfectly cooked. The pace of the meal was great. After the dinner was done and we finished our meal, we waited around for 20 minutes before flagging down a manager for desserts, refills and a check. When asked what happened to our server, the manager explained she hurt herself. (Nobody could come over to our table and inform us or take over?) She was spotted as we were paying attending to other tables, so we guess she was OK. Payment was eventually taken, but even that was slow to process. The dining room was lively and energetic with many children's birthday parties going on concurrently. Overall, this visit ranked high in food quality but poor in service and overall experience. We trust this was the exception and not the standard and hope for a better visit next time.

    even though we had reservations after we were fully checked in, we still waited another 45 minutes to be seated on a Tuesday night at 8 PM. We didn’t end up eating until 10 o’clock, which I was too tired and ready to go to eat. The food was good, the cook was great. The server was OK but the wait time was horrible.

    Not what it used to be. Left all the dirty dishes on the table the whole meal. Potions smaller than before.

    Our chef failed to clean the grill before he started until i reminded him to do so. He failed to clean his utensils between cooking raw chicken and everything else. He failed to properly season the food. Just a big fat failure and I was disgusted. The manager took 20% off but that in my opinion was not sufficient. Really disappointed.

    Avoid this restaurant at all costs especially for special occasions. We booked an 8pm dinner reservation for New Year’s Eve for 8 people (an entire table). When we arrived we were told they were seating tables with 7pm reservations and there were 8 groups ahead of us. They did not seat us until 9:10. We weren’t offered so much as a glass of wine for the delay. Obviously we couldn’t go anywhere else cause it was NYE so the restaurant just relies on people having no place to go and having to suck it up. The table next to us had a 9pm reservation and were not sat until 10:48. When the bill came I was shocked that we were offered zero discount for having us wait over an hour for our reservation. I asked to speak to a manager. The first manager I spoke with said they do not enable managers to give discounts on bills. So he lied straight to my face. Another employee told us that manager was new and didn’t know what was going on and got us someone else. The second manager was only barely less useless than the first. He said everyone had to wait and there was nothing he could do. When I said I’d walk on the whole tab he offered 10% off. I negotiated for 20% and he said he didn’t like how I did business. There was zero apology. Had they given us a free cocktail when they told us about the delay I would not have complained but their attitude that our time had no value and they could just totally screw with peoples evenings was truly egregious to me. I would highly encourage you to get your hibachi elsewhere.

    When we arrived for our reservation, 6-45pm , we were greeted and told our table will be ready soon. 25 mins later, check again to be told there are...9 tables ahead of us! When we spoke to the manager ( at this point the waiting lobby area was packed and some very disappointed customers already waiting 45+mins) he expressed - ' We are overbooked, its not my fault '. No apologies, no help , nothing (at one point he even said 'its corporates fault" and "there are 3 managers here , so its not my fault"). It was hands down the worst management I've ever encountered and I feel very sorry for the staff he apparently 'manages'. Awful.

    J’ai indiqué une note globale de 2*, non pas en raison de la nourriture (qui est très bonne), ni du service (cuisinier et serveurs fort sympathiques et professionnels), mais en raison du délai d’attente très long alors que nous avions une réservation. Nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes avant que l’on vienne nous chercher pour nous installer à table. Ces réservations ne servent finalement à rien, car on nous fait systématiquement patienter de longues périodes de temps, peut-être pour nous faire consommer davantage au bar... Bref, ce n’est pas la première fois et ça commence à m’énerver ces manquements dans la gestion des restaurants.

    A couple of errors by service staff and chef. Seems that the staff was in a rush to push out than welcoming.
