   Went for my four year old daughter’s birthday. Chef had zero personality. Did not do one thing to make us laugh or entertain in the least bit. Manager had nothing to say except each chef is different. Complete disappointment. Table next to us was laughing and having a great time. Had to ask the servers to take away the empty salad and soup bowls. Was completely disgusted by the experience after a $500 check. Beyond awful

   Had reservations but were seated late. Our cook was very messy and sloppy. The waiter / waitress service was rushed. Pricing and tipping were confusing. Will not be returning or recommending this restaurant.

   We opted for a standard dinner table (outside of the hibachi area), and our server was on his second week. He needed a LOT more training. Our drinks weren’t served until entrees came out, two of our orders were wrong, and it was just an overall nightmare and way too long of a dining experience than necessary. We had to continue reminding or server of very simple things. The menu is also pretty limited unless you’re just there for Hibachi.

   We all celebrate birthdays at benihana's. They always offer us the $30 from chef table off of a meal which is great.

   For the prices of the food, the service quality does not match. A red table napkin was melted on the table top which was scrapped off.

   Our chef was super fun and amazing but food was overcooked. We were celebrating two birthdays so they nicely gave us a candle with ice cream, which was sweet. Service was great.

   Our waiter John was great and so was Chef Guardado, who was very sweet. Where the restaurant could improve is on bringing drinks, water and pre-cooked items (e.g. soup and salad) sooner). Our reservation was for 5:15pm. We were seated by 5:20pm. Once we were seated, we didn’t have any food (salad or soup) until after 5:49pm. Perhaps there could be others bringing water or placing a carafe of water for folks could solve that as well. The salad and soup should have definitely come out sooner. I also think that ordering can be a bit confusing when you are having food different from your party and others at the table. Perhaps installing an iPad or e-system to order would be less confusing.
