    It was a very bad service. When they seat you they are eager to take your order and afterwords you can not get hold of any waiter they forget about you. When waiters are passing you look and call out for them they don’t pay attention. They forget about our sides then brought it half way of our dinner when we had to remind them. They charged us for extra for the side we have not ordered but straight away refunded it back. Over all if you want a good service and a decent food I would not recommend this place. It is not worth what you pay for. There is other restaurants in Canary Wharf that you pay same amount or less and get better service.

    I had only ever been there with work in the evening so was apprehensive about going there on a Sunday afternoon with my 3 small children (7,3 and 1). I needn’t have worried. The kids meals were delicious, my kids ate them all up and were thrilled with the milkshakes too. The service was great and the waiter and the servers were attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. The atmosphere was nice, I was expecting it to be empty but it was buzzy. However our meals arrived quickly which is essential with hungry little ones. Big shout out to our waiter Rasul who made it a great experience. The only let down was the adult food which was a bit sloppy. In the past when I’ve eaten there in the evenings the food has been great so perhaps this was a one off.

    Really good night exactly what I expected the evening to be.. very welcoming, seated straight away, plenty of staff on hand, food and drinks came in good timing and hard a lovely night with my girls.. loud and fun.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Easy in Canary Wharf, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, with the perfect blend of rustic charm and vibrant energy. It’s the ideal spot for anyone craving hearty portions of delicious comfort food. The menu offered a mouthwatering selection of BBQ, seafood, and indulgent sides. I opted for the ribs and lobster combo, which was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich, smoky, and absolutely satisfying. Paired with a signature cocktail, it made for an unforgettable meal. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the impeccable service we received from Domingo. From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. His warm personality, attentive demeanor, and detailed knowledge of the menu made a lasting impression. Domingo anticipated our needs, offered excellent recommendations, and added a personal touch to the experience that made it truly special. Big Easy is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience, and Domingo’s outstanding service was the highlight of our visit.     The reception was good, the service was not great. Even though they brought the food quickly, we asked for some things 3 times. Also the food, needed to be cooked a bit less, especially the ribs were dry and burned in areas. Have been going there for a few years, it seems that the prices are going up but the quality is going down.
