From the beginning we were welcomed and had amazing service from the hostess to our server to the manager. The menu was perfectly delicious and every item ordered was served as we requested, and hot or cold, accordingly. We haven't been there in a few years, but we will have it on our repeat from now on.

Billy’s At The Beach is a staple for fine dining aficionados. The ambiance, class and panoramic harbor views are second to none. The Huli Huli Chicken is my all time favorite and was sure to please for Christmas Eve. The Halibut was equally delicious and is a must try. Thank you, Sam and The Billy’s At The Beach Staff. You’re a class act. If I had one criticism it would be to consider working on the flooring, lighting and sound level in holidays. Some holidays the entertainment is crazy loud while others it’s dull with no live entertainment or music. Flooring wise I think better lighting placement would seamlessly blend the flooring versus is being bright and standing out.

Fun Christmas Boat Parade dinner! We really enjoyed the special Christmas Carolers, and of course the Mai Tais!

We went for the Christmas Boat Parade and Billy's did not disappoint! Nikki P was our waitress and she was great!! We had so much fun and they really do cater to that event. Highly recommend this restaurant. The manager even kept the people outside form blocking our view of the parade. Loved it!

Great experience....Huli huli chicken was tasty, pork chop was a favorite and halibut was great! We loved the guacamole, tempura beans and the Hawaiian cheese bread. Drinks were very good even though pricey. The desserts of lava cake and donut holes were a little disappointing .... both were dryer than we remembered from our previous experience. Sam, our waiter, was great... very personable and on top of things. Ambience is fun and view is nice. All in all, the 4 of us had a great meal and experience!

When we arrived to the restaurant the waitress started to help us but then took a call before she showed us to our table. And it was a looong call. We just stood there and waited for our table in over 10 minutes before someone else helped us. And that was after another guest complaint! Phu, worst service.
