Bistro 245 at The Opal Key West Resort & Marina is located on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or sunset cocktails and snacks as you watch the boats enter and leave the harbor. Waterfront dining at its best.
Our Chefs prepare unique breakfast items, an array of mouth watering salads and sandwiches for lunch, fresh local fish and juicy steaks for dinner, all with a Caribbean flair.
Bistro 245 is also the island's premier location for our nightly sunset celebration. Come out for people watching and to see the nightly celebration to end the day.

Bistro 245 offers many choices for your private dining needs. Whether it be a gathering in our private dining room or on our Sunset Deck, a sunset dinner on the Pier or an elegant event in our ballroom the Chefs will create a meal to remember for you and your guests. Our facilities can handle any event from 10 to 300.
Private party faciliteiten
Our private indoor dining room can accommodate up to 32 people. We also offer private dining under the stars on our Sunset Deck for up to 50 people, complete with its own bar. We offer a la carte, limited or specialized menus for all your dining needs. Private facilities are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you are in a hurry, this place is not for you. The service was the worst that we experienced in the whole week spent in Key West. They were slow to greet, take order, bring food, check and didn’t apologize for any of it! Don’t plan on a view after 10:00 am as a cruise ship pulls up and blocks the water view! The food was OK! I would not recommend Bistro 245!

Stephanie, I do apologize you did not have a good experience with us at Bistro 245. We do strive to give great food and service and I am sorry we missed the mark with your visit. I am sorry for the cruise ship, that is something out of our control. They do always leave before sunset so you can view our beautiful Key West sunset every night. Inside was comfortable, not too hot or cold. Food was terrific, service was Great! Had a great view of the Sunset. With many dining options in Key West, We’ll still come back.

One of our favorite places to dine in Key West. The yellow tail snapper is delicious!! We tend to dine early so ambience is quiet. Service is great also.

The cocktails were great and the entree’s of crab stuffed yellow snapper and grilled Mahi were exceptional at any price. Not a place to be missed.

We had to ask for straws. They were given to us without wrappers on and by hand. The shrimp was very overcooked and had to ask for new. We were surprised it was even brought to table by server. We had to ask for rolls which should have been done wout requesting. The food is overpriced. We were really looking forward to eating here with reading the reviews but our experience was terrible and will not be returning.
