Bistro 90 is the ONLY, HAND CUT, DRY AGED, ALL U.S.D.A. PRIME , STEAKHOUSE ON THE GRAND STRAND.
Our steaks are U.S.D.A. PRIME, (including Filet Mignon), and are Dry-Aged in House. U.S.D.A. Prime Beef makes up less than 3% of ALL Beef produced in the United States. We offer the Freshest of Seasonal Seafood, including Wild Caught Salmon, Halibut, Chilean Sea Bass as well as locally caught selections which are created with a different preparation nightly by Chef Jacob.
Standards of service and ingredients are of the highest available.

This was our Anniversary and it could not have been a better evening. The entire staff were amazing. Our server Crystal was very attentive without giving us a sense of being rushed or the courses coming anything other than perfectly timed. We had the scallops and the duck. Both perfectly presented and at the perfect temperatures. The wine and cocktail selection was extensive. The desserts were to die for...... Molten cake and Carrot cake. It was just a relaxed evening and although the dining room was full the noise level was perfect for being able to converse.

Had a 7:30 reservation but was able to update it to 6 pm. Service was good at the bar area and the drinks were made exceptionally well

Wedge salad was an excellent starter that complemented the following lamb and filet main dishes. Shawn again made us feel welcome and appreciated.

Wonderful evening with friends celebrating birthday. Crystal was our server and at the top of her game. Lots of laughter, wine and great food. Two of us had specially prepared Delmonico 14oz steaks cooked to perfection wines had 8 oz barrel cut filets. Ask had fresh Caesar salads. Sides were lemon Parmesan asparagus and sautéed mushrooms. Prisoner Cabernet fit perfectly. Owner Roland stopped by several times. One of the best steaks we’ve had at area fine dining. Ambience was perfect and unusually quiet for a Friday night. This is the perfect place to dine with friends or special events with food done to perfection. Can’t wait to come back. Dean
