   This idea of the Italian dinner and wine pairing was very intriguing. It started out very well with a welcome glass of bubbly. Loved the long communal tables and the decor. There was a classical trio which was nice but with 64 people in that contained room it was too loud to talk. The wines and first 3 courses were delicious. Although the dishes should be kept small. The gnocchi dish was delicious but very large and heavy. By the time the pork main dish came, we were all full and could not enjoy this dish. The wine served with the dessert was un drinkable. A few tweaks to the concept would improve the overall evening. Glad I tried it but don’t think I would do another.

   The wine a d Italin night was exceptional in every way! We'll definitely be back often. It was absolutely beautiful food and fantastic service!

   The Blackshop delivers, always. They cook their meat to perfection. I had salmon this time around, it was fresh and it melted in my mouth.

   We were a group of 3 generations, 8 guests ages 30 to 80, celebrating a birthday. The location is lovely, lots of parking, very accessible. Plenty of friendly caring staff. We had a semi private area of the restaurant, much appreciated! The noise level is surprisingly low considering the amount of guests present that Sunday. Our attentive server explained the brunch process and then efficiently kept the small plates coming! We had over 70 dishes and they were all delicious, hot and interesting. All guests were completely satisfied and full! We highly recommend this restaurant.

    My husband, child and I went there for Mother’s Day. It was our first time there and we had high expectations. My son enjoyed his kids meal. The Caesar salad were good, mushroom soup was extremely salty. My husband had the chicken and it was delicious. I ordered my steak medium well and it was overdone, also very salty. Dessert was good. Our bill was close to $250 for two entrees and a kids meal. Good experience, not sure if I will return.

    Thank you for the 4 star review Samoya, however we are sorry to hear that your meal was not up to expectation. We strive to provide the best service and food. It is unfortunate we did not have an opportunity to correct these mistakes at the restaurant that evening. We do hope to see you again in the future for an experience that is sure to impress!
