One of Park City's most popular restaurants, Blind Dog serves comfortable American East Coast influenced cuisine from Chef Penn Kinsey in a casual yet elegant setting. Blind Dog's fantastic staff will warmly welcome you and delight you with an extraordinary selection of jet fresh fish & oysters, dry aged steaks, sashimi, sushi, the ever famous mac and cheese and their quick wit. Reservations are accepted by telephone and online for both of our Dining Rooms and the Patio when Park City's weather is at its best. Please call for patio reservations as it is quite popular. In our more laid back Bar and Raw/Sushi Bar, the a la carte menus are offered with better access to the televised games. Come by, grab a bite, and leave with a smile. We are unable to accept reservations in the Bar areas, as it is first come, first served. Your seat is safe with us.

Sushi was ice cold and dry. Strange texture of the rice. Was definitely not sushi rice. No sugar or vinegar use in prep of ice cold rice.

We always want the chance to make things right in the moment, and we’d love to have fixed it right away if we had the opportunity. Food was very good with acceptable service. Wide variety of menu options to satisfy our party of four (4). In comparison to other Park City restaurants, it was very noisy. I would not suggest this for a romantic date because of the noise level. As a side note, I find it somewhat ironic that a restaurant named "Blind Dog" with multiple references to do related pictures, dog bones etc., is in a city that is NOT dog friendly. In particular, finding lodging in the Deer Valley area is nearly impossible if you have a dog. My comment regarding the city as not pet friendly, did not influence my rating of the restaurant.

We understand that noise can be a concern, especially in a lively atmosphere, and we’ll take your feedback into account. As for our “dog” theme, we get the irony! Summit County health codes only allow service dogs inside the restaurant, but we do open our patio to dogs in the summer, so your friendly furry friends can join you for a meal (just no bones about it, they’re not allowed to order!). We (my husband and I), had a fabulous dining experience at the Blind Dog! Our server, "Jackson", was phenomenal! He was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all of our questions about the menu, as well as other general questions we had. He was attentive, professional, and fun! We had some appetizers and ordered a bottle of wine, and we both enjoyed our entrees! There is a wonderful variety of options on the menu. We love the story about the blind dog "Rigger" and the owners sound like amazing people. Very nice to have gluten free options. The Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was the BEST I have ever had and the after dinner specialty coffee drinks were a fantastic compliment. The vibe was lively and comfortable, neat decor, cool bar, nice sushi bar, plus it was clean. Can't say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. THANK YOU!

I wish I took more pictures but the food was too yummy. We started with the spicy tuna nachos , then the firecracker roll. Both were delicious we ended with the cheesesteak eggrolls - they were fantastic as well - highly recommend - and our server Caitlyn (could be with a k as well ?) was super attentive.

Wonderful selection of everything! Sushi is great, but so is the meat and fish! Great appetizers!! Great salads! My favorite is the beet salad!

Excellent restaurant! Loved the large and varied menu. Lots of gluten free, vegetarian, keto, and vegan options clearly marked on the main menu. I was told the owner is a celiac. Had so many wonderful options that were delicious! Thank you!
