Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Dante's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Bistro's wine list is an ever rotating selection of the best vineyards from around the globe and the cocktail list has been carefully crafted to take the guest on a journey of flavors and scents.     The service and the food are outstanding! There was live music, which was an added surprise that we all fully enjoyed. If you have a chance to eat here, take it! Getting a reservation took some persistence because I waited too long but I’m so happy to have gotten one. It doesn’t disappoint!!!

    Our family of four had a delicious dinner after a day of skiing. The shrimp tempura appetizer was crispy and light, the bison short ribs with polenta melted off the bone, the pork chop was juicy and flavorful and the scallops special was also very good. We enjoyed the live music and our server Jason was attentive and kind. Thanks for a great night, Blue River Bistro!

    I am so happy we gave Blue River Bistro a try. I had heard the cocktails were winners, but, wow, the food we had was the best of the trip!! The bison short ribs took first, followed closely by the salmon. My son’s Beef Wellington was done to perfection! The harvest salad was also delicious. Looking forward to a return trip when we return to Breck in the future!

    My wife and I made reservations a week ahead of time to have a special dinner together. The Blue River Bistro did not disappoint. Our server Jess was amazing and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Her recommendations were perfect and delicious. We would definitely dine here again.

    The food and service was amazing. We went for my birthday and there was a birthday card on our table that was signed by all the staff. Would definitely go back. The only thing I didn’t like was that the water was already poured in our cups before we even got to the restaurant.

    We attended Blue River Bistro for Christmas dinner. We got there a bit earlier than our booking and even on such a busy night, they accommodated us and had our table ready early. The service was amazing and the food even better. If we come back to Breckenridge, we’ll be sure to stop by Blue River Bistro again!
