Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Dante's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Bistro's wine list is an ever rotating selection of the best vineyards from around the globe and the cocktail list has been carefully crafted to take the guest on a journey of flavors and scents.     I am so happy we gave Blue River Bistro a try. I had heard the cocktails were winners, but, wow, the food we had was the best of the trip!! The bison short ribs took first, followed closely by the salmon. My son’s Beef Wellington was done to perfection! The harvest salad was also delicious. Looking forward to a return trip when we return to Breck in the future!

    My wife and I made reservations a week ahead of time to have a special dinner together. The Blue River Bistro did not disappoint. Our server Jess was amazing and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Her recommendations were perfect and delicious. We would definitely dine here again.

    The food and service was amazing. We went for my birthday and there was a birthday card on our table that was signed by all the staff. Would definitely go back. The only thing I didn’t like was that the water was already poured in our cups before we even got to the restaurant.

    We attended Blue River Bistro for Christmas dinner. We got there a bit earlier than our booking and even on such a busy night, they accommodated us and had our table ready early. The service was amazing and the food even better. If we come back to Breckenridge, we’ll be sure to stop by Blue River Bistro again!

    We had our Christmas lunch here. The servers were so nicely dressed and gracious! Our dishes were beautiful and delicious. We had some really great festive cocktails too. Overall a great experience and such a warm cozy atmosphere for our white Christmas!
