Eerst hebben ze een fout gemaakt met het hoofdgerecht. Een verkeerd gerecht gegeven en het goede gerecht wilde ze ook niet met spoed nog maken. Eenmaal tijd voor dessert komt de ober met er is een probleem in de keuken we kunnen geen toetjes bestellen??????? De manager zei dat de pastry chef niet aanwezig was dus er konden geen toetjes bereidt worden…. Is dat de klant zijn probleem? Nee! Met zo een restaurant zoek je maar een oplossing. De manager was ook een totale trut, deed helemaal niks om iets van een oplossing te zoeken … ook zelfs nadat ze een fout hebben gemaakt met het hoofdgerecht. Geen drankjes aangeboden of iets van de rekening weggehaald. Echt een verschrikkelijke service. Zou er NOOIT meer heen gaan.

Overall, the NYE experience was underwhelming and left a lot to be desired. The food was decent and the live band during dinner was good, but the music at the after party was not great. The crowd was much older than I expected (40-50+) so maybe the music/vibe was curated for them. Overall, I wasn’t 100% pleased with the experience given the amount paid.

This was our first time at Bocconcino and we were not disappointed. The food, service and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. We would definitely go back if we return to London!

Very average for the price. The atmosphere is confusing as you don’t feel like it is an Italian restaurant. The plates had the Statue of Liberty on it. The food was very average. It arrived cold and it was really NOT tasty. The service was fast though but our waitress looked like she didn’t want to be here. I don’t recommend.

Downstairs looks much bigger online, upstairs was quieter. Overall okay but very tourist trap all around this area.

Lovely friendly service from the Italian manager. All the food was super tasty and great value for money.. Mains including pizza and pasta start from under £20. A beautiful restaurant with nice atmosphere in the Mayfair area. Probably get a walk in table early evening but recommend booking for mid to late evening as it’s busy!

I can’t put into words how incredible this meal was for me. The restaurant is modern and super beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly! I knocked off, and smashed a vinegar and they were very kind about it. My husband had a superb pasta with boar and calamari. And I had the most incredible rosemary focaccia and a cheesy pizza. It was the best bread I have ever had (and we eat out ALOT). We even asked for the recipe. Even my husband preferred it to his own. MUST VISIT IN London. Great location, food and ambience. Recommend booking. We booked up as they opened but everyone else without a reservation was unfortunately turned away.
