Best value in the whole Napa Valley. Food is outstanding. Our server Jiare was fantastic. We will try to eat here every time we are in the Napa area.

A big group of us got together, so I wasn’t sure if the service would be good, especially on New Year’s Eve, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our server Joey was personable, attentive and knowledgeable. Service was good. We were seated outside, which I was a little worried about in the winter, but they had a fireplace and lots of heaters. It was nice and toasty. The food was still good even though Michael Chiarello has passed. We split a bunch of appetizers including polenta under glass, fruit and cheese plate and the arancini. My favorite was hands down the polenta under glass. The umami was amazing, velvety polenta with wild mushrooms and toasted parmesan that you mix together and top with a mushroom jus. I could have had that as an entree. I had the pear salad which was their spin on it including arugula, endives shaved pear, candied pecans and Gorgonzola. It was lightly dressed and a small portion of, which I appreciated. For my entree I had the short ribs and polenta. It had a demiglaze reduction, which enhanced the taste. I was in heaven. Others had the Caesar salad, lobster risotto, tomahawk steak, and various pastas. Everyone was happy with their food. For dessert we shared zeppole with chocolate sauce, various gelatos, lava cake and cappuccinos. My favorite was the zeppole, which is round donuts with cinnamon sugar, which you dip in dark chocolate. The cappuccinos were perfect…espresso with foamed milk. Overall great meal and we will go back

We had an amazing dinner at Bottega. The service was amazing and the food has us longing to come back for more. The bar made some special cocktails and the restaurant staff helped us to celebrate a special birthday. Thank you
