                                                  King salmon was a highlight, perhaps the best we've ever had. Hamachi appetizer was also spectacular both visually and on the palate. Great cocktails and wine list with knowledgeable bar tender and sommelier rounded out a great experience. highly recommended.

                                                  Overall great food and ambience, but the service was lacking. Some things I was not a fan of: - Sommelier did not provide any recommendations or preferences. Usually sommeliers are chatty and love to talk about their offerings, but this one looked uninterested and we really had to drag recommendations to pair with our food. Maybe an off day? I don't know. - I asked to pack all our leftovers, but they had tossed everything. We had quite a bit of leftovers and this restaurant is not cheap...

                                                  Last night’s dinner at CB was, as always, amazing! The food was flawless, bursting with flavor, and the service made it all the more special. This place never disappoints—truly a gem I can’t get enough of!

                                                  We truly loved all the vegetarian and vegan dishes. The fresh, bold flavors were both delicious and well-balanced, never overwhelming the courses that followed. Special standouts were the Chef’s new aromatic rice dish with roasted cauliflower and the poached pear with its surprise soy filling, an outstanding dessert to conclude a magnificent meal!

                                                  Tragically boring menu. Well executed but uninteresting food. High priced. Servers were barely attentive once the restaurant was half full. However they were happy to upsell at every turn. Casually asking if we wanted berries like it was an option when it was actually an add on. Finally, my second cup of coffee tasted very burnt.

                                                  Income here because for not much more money than most other places you get amazing attitude-less service and impeccable quality standards. That said, $30 for a plate of Eggs Benedict might include a more generous amount of potaotes and perhaps even include a small side salad of frisée with sauted lardon and melted Gruyère on baguette. Just sayin.
