Rafik Cressaty and his son, Patrick would like to welcome you to their family restaurant, Carbonara Trattoria, located in the heart of Dunwoody, Georgia. Carbonara is an inviting Italian restaurant with an ambiance reminiscent of Italy without sacrificing the southern charm of Atlanta. Warm earth tones, textured wall finishes and soft lighting are complemented by a menu featuring the finest fresh produce and ingredients. From antipasto and salads to fresh pastas and raviolis, quality meats and fresh seafood dishes, our Menu is inspired by the timeless recipes of the old north country. The father and son duo take you on a wonderful dining journey from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave.

Reservations are not required but recommended. We offer a 15 minute grace period for reservations, if more time is needed please call.

The chicken piccata and artichoke risotto was delicious! Federico’s service was excellent; he was attentive and always on time from beginning to end.

My favorite restaurant is the one that has both great food and a comfortable atmosphere. This place is that and more. Tony is an exceptional server and knows how to make the patron feel special. I have taken every member of my family and most of my friends there and without exception, they have come away charmed and determined to return. Personally, there is nothing better than their veal piccata with the lemon risotto. It is absolutely addictive.

I trie this place again after a bad experience years ago. Everything was excellent this time. The food was very good and our server Alex was terrific! I'll be going back.

This was our second time eating here and it was amazing again. We love the calamari, chicken piccata, and the service is top-notch.

Food was amazing as always, a bit slow with drinks but waiter made up for the wait he was fantastic! Great local place to spend my birthday!

It took over an hour and a half for our food to come out. We had a 6:45 reservation and ate at 8:30. With a toddler. No explanation and attitude from the server. Not to mention, some of the food was just not good, period. Extremely disappointed - I will never, ever come back to this place and will only recommend to others to look elsewhere. Disappointed because I live close by and was hoping this would be a good go-to spot for family dinners. No thanks.

Our server Federico took very good care of us. We love their fried oyster appetizer and as a bonus tonight (Sunday) is 1/2 price wine night. This allowed us to step up to a really nice bottle of wine. Their dinner special was excellent. We had a great time and hope to return soon!

The 5 of us enjoyed a delicious dinner with a wide variety of meals along with great wine in a friendly atmosphere with excellent service from Tony and his colleagues. We'll be back soon.

The food was wonderful. I had the fish specials. Big portions but prices have increased a bit. It was delicious. Server started great but got a bit busy. Still one of my favorite restaurants and great menu.
