Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

You can stop by our Gourmet market before or after your meal to pick up some goodies to take home.

The food, ambience & service was excellent. Easy access, valet parking quick both in & out. This meal that we enjoyed was truly a great value with great presentations!

As always, impeccable food. This is our go-to when we want old school Italian. Carmine’s never disappoints. However, service was spotty for 6:15 on a Tuesday night. We had to request bread, wait too long for everything, and I retrieved my dessert which was left at a nearby empty table for some reason. I’m guessing they were short-staffed bc usually service is excellent.

The service was absolutely terrible. We had to continually ask for refills on our drinks. The wrong appetizer was brought to us. When our dinners came 3/4 of our meals were either cold or overcooked. We then sat for another 20 minutes waiting on dessert menus. Then another 15 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted anything for dessert. At that point, we said forget it we’ll just take the check. This was probably our third time giving this place a try. We will absolutely not come back here again.
