Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. Restaurateur Artie Cutler crafted Carmine's with a singular vision; bringing his guests abundant portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast. Platters of made to order pasta, decadent seafood or meat entrees, and of course homemade desserts are all staples at Carmine's, meant for sharing among friends and family. I made reservations 3 months in advance and requested a round table (which we had last year). Our request was ignored, even after requesting with manager on duty. And the round tables remained empty our entire meal. We had to wait to be seated even though we had a reservation. Seems like Capitals hockey fans that poured in after game took precedence. Food flavors were subpar this time, server needed more help and timing was off. Asked for a larger side of sauce for our large party, but had to pay $21 for it. Dirty dishes sat on our table between courses and drinks took forever to come. Was so looking forward to a repeat good time like we had last year. But this time we left disappointed.

The experience is always wonderful. Great vibes from the staff, especially our waiter, Francis, Crystal and Kevin. Our meal was delicious too!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving meal on Thursday Unfortunately the vegetables were way under cooked, but then raw vegetables are good for you. The turkey and other fixings were superb. We will be returning for the Italian food. Service was superb and it was an overall very friendly welcoming environment.

We love Carmine's! But our early Thanksgiving day dinner was so rushed it degraded the experience. We get it Carmine's- you want to turn over tables- but a holiday meal in 40 minutes from bread to check is no fun. Don't rush diners, please.

The food was incredibly presented when it was brought out. It was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Our server was the absolute BEST I give Robert 10 out of 5 stars! We will ask for him the next time we visit

Great family style Italian restaurant experience. We had dinner in one of the little side rooms which added an unexpected degree of intimacy. Shrimp fra diablo was excellent, along with the Caesar salad, and the garlic toast. But the dessert was the best— the Titanic is unforgettable! Excellent service complemented well the exceptionally excellent food.
