Cascades, a Classic American Restaurant and Steakhouse, is housed in the historic 109-year old Stanley Hotel. Join us for lunch or dinner in our dining room. The menu features wild game, beef, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, pasta and Colorado specialties. We also offer delectable desserts.

Our bar and lounge offers seasonal cocktails and a whisky menu with over 1,000 varieties. Ask our bartenders to help select a distinctive flight! The wine list offers a selection of sparkling, white, and red varietals to please your palate.

For an optimal dining experience, parties of six or less will have an hour time slot for your reservation.

    Hele leuke plek om een lekker diner te hebben. Het hotel heeft een lange en enerverende geschiedenis. Het is niet heel goedkoop maar dat kan je van te voren bekijken via de site.

    Ordered a Cesar salad and got a Cobb salad. Ordered blacken shrimp on a side plate due to shellfish allergy of person I was dining with and shrimp showed up on my salad bowl. My express martini came and was put on bare table. Waitress came later and handed me a cocktail napkin for me to put under my drink. I just think with high end prices on your menu the food and service should be a lot better than they were. Was disappointed in the restaurant in general.

    Smoked prime rib was the best I've ever had. Truly remarkable. But the prices were outrageous. And I live in NYC, so I know steep prices. Still, worth it.

    Our experience at the Cascades was phenomenal! I had the dry rubbed wings w/fries while my husband had the French dip sandwich w/fries for lunch and the food was delicious! Our food arrived hot, fresh with generous portions and the blueberry bread pudding was heavenly. Our server Joel was attentive, kind and helpful.

    Ordered Wagu steak - tough and chewy Shrimp cocktail - dry and pale tasteless Mashed potatoes - cold and stiff Asparagus - tasty but stringy Had much higher expectations 😏

    Excellent service!! Our reservation was on time and we were seated promptly. The drinks and food were excellent. We were given adequate time between courses. Our server checked on us regularly but was not hovering. There was one small issue with one of the meals which we mentioned at the end of dinner. The server without question provided a free dessert and the manager didn’t charge for the meal. We didn’t ask for that so were more than pleasantly surprised. Overall an excellent experience and most definitely would dine here again.
