Cassarino's Ristorante on Historic Federal Hill has established itself as one of Rhode Island's premiere Italian eateries since 1988. We combine a Northern Italian flavor with new world cuisine. We have three floors in the restaurant and we typically host private parties on the second or third floor. The second floor has a max of 60 people and the third floor has a max of 45 people.We accept large/private parties Sunday-Thursday ALL DAY, and Friday/Saturdays LUNCH ONLY. Everything was good but when thinking of italian restaurants in Rhode Island, Cassarino’s wouldn’t be at the top of my list. Happy I had the chance to try. Service was outstanding and if anything was to make me return it would have to be that.

The service was great!! The appetizer was amazing and the entree was great but my penne was overcooked but still good!! Loved our waiter, Dominick!!

Absolutely outstanding. The sirloin was a huge cut, and it was one of the best steaks I have ever had. We will definitely be returning soon.

Great service and food. Highly recommend. Good wine selection that's reasonably priced. Excellent chicken parm. Excellent creme brulee, could use fresh berries to break up the rich custard. Our table was a little tight next to another table and the wall. We would go back.

Amazing! Great vegan menu and all food was so delicious and great value. Service was 5 stars from the moment we walked in.

We sat on the first floor and all our food was delicious and our server Drew was fantastic. Great way to start a night before a PC game. Go friars!!

The food was amazing - calamari, first rate! Service was so so. One meal out of four was delivered 15-minutes after everyone else’s-nothing was proffered to make up for the wait and so that was a disappointment. Had to ask for our take home box because the waitress forgot to bring it and we had to wait a very long time for the check. The restaurant was not busy at all so we couldn’t figure out what was up. I would go back, though, because the food was wonderful!!

I do realize that it is Christmas, but there was a party going on in the main bar. Felt like it was very disruptive, and the entire restaurant was very loud
