Chang'an is one of the best fine dining Chinese restaurant in Vancouver BC. Our unique cuisine integrates traditional Shaanxi tastes and contemporary food plating. We wish you'll enjoy a memorable artistic culinary experience on our dishes while preserving the historic significance of Chinese culture.

We value our guests and we hope every guest to have a chance to taste our Signature Roast Peking Duck. Due to limited availability, all Roast Peking Ducks are for pre-ordered only by calling Restaurant's phone number at 604-681-1313 or 604-306-5528. Maximum 1 duck per group until sold out. Wonderful dinner. Loved the food. Warning Uber has no idea how to get to this restaurant. Look it up so you can help the driver.

Excellent Peking duck, better than some restaurants in Hong Kong. I would give a rating 8.5 out of 10. Service was 1st rate. We toke the preset menu. It included a bonus dish which is coconut favoured crab! Crab was big , fresh and tasty! We will visit again in the future!

Service was slow, waitress look quite inexperienced and would bring the dessert without taking away the empty plates. Food quality not as good as before.

I recently dined at Chang'An in Vancouver, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was elegant and inviting, with a perfect balance of modern and traditional Chinese decor. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was prepared with meticulous attention to detail and bursting with authentic flavors. The Peking Duck was carved tableside and was cooked to perfection, with crispy skin and tender meat. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and well-paced. The staff made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had a delightful dining experience. Chang'An is ideal for a special occasion or an elevated Chinese dining experience. It's a bit on the pricier side, but worth every penny for the quality of food and service. Highly recommend!

Changan wins at his location. If you make a reservation before dawn, wow, you will have a 270 degree millions of views there of Vancouver. Roast duck is popular with a great presentation and multiple choices on the good. The waiter Jack and team are very kind and patient to lead me to the parking lot meanwhile he alerted me on the coldness. Thanks for giving me a great experience.

I understand New Year is a busy day but the dishes were served in such a rush. Three hot dishes came on the table within a span of 5 mins and then came the appetizer. 2 people spent only 90 mins from sitting in to leaving is a bit ridiculous considering the cost of money.

Everything else on the food list is fantastic!! Ma puo tofu is a bit wired flavour. Beautiful place, super services!! Thanks for a wonderful experience at New Year eve!!!
