The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. From the moment we walked in we were greeted well. The drinks and food arrived timely. We had the Land and Sea, and the Lambchops. Both were very good, juicy. The mashed potatoe and brocolli sides are enough to share, also good. The shrimp bisque and crabcake were delish. Very good experience. We will be returning. The area needs more family-owned restaurants like this!

There was a special Valentine's Day menu, and most of the entrees and appetizers we normally order were not on the menu. The prices were inflated, which I guess they normally do on a Holiday. You did not have a choice of soup or salad as we are used to when we dine at the restaurant. You had to have the soup, which is one that we don't care for. The tables were so close together, and it was difficult to maneuver to enter and exit the dining room. This will be the last time we dine on Valentine's Day! We will return on a normal day !! Our waiter, Anthony, was outstanding as usual!

Chicago Prime Steakhouse never disappoints. It's a special occassion restaurant for us. The service has always been excellent over the years and the cuts and preparation are 2nd to none!

Great quality of Meats & Fish for dinner or late night light meals. Bar offers nice selection of drinks & wine even by glass. Chicago Prime offers nice special meals for holidays which are tops.

Not so good. NY strip was tough, soup came after we asked after the entree was delivered. Table side baked potato was ice cod and returned. Server was very nice

Very friendly staff. I appreciate having the owner come to the table to check in, but he came within 5 minutes of us having been seated, coincidentally, so we had no feedback, never having been there before. He was the 5th person to attend to the table, so when we were ready to order a cocktail, and none of the 5 were near, we were unsure who to ask. The decor is outdated but the food was very good. We live out of town and don’t return to Schaumburg specifically when visiting Chicago. Not sure I’d get there again with somewhat slow service and a restaurant that felt like visiting the 90s.

went for a very early dinner/late lunch (Linner)...it was wonderful. We had the filet sliders, a cheeseburger and the french dip. Everything was great and the fries delicious.
