Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Excellent prime rib served rare and chopped salad was super. Dressing on tuna tatami was watery and side of chicken was burnt & completely dried out. Brought it to the attention of the assistant manager and came 15 minutes later. The kitchen staff need to look at their plating. Super service from Brooke.

Every aspect of our evening was fantastic. Food was wonderful. William did a great of organizing our evening and the team members gave us excellent service. Polling our group indicated that the food was the best ever. Service was second to none. We all can't wait to return during this holiday.

What a great place and ambiance. Lighting and music were good. Love the hanging lights . Keep them up all year round in the lounge!! What a vibe. Will def be back.

My husband and I went for our 19th wedding anniversary, we were offered two cups of Prosecco and a dessert on the house to celebrate. The staff gave us a quieter table and checked on us frequently!
