Sushi shares the menu with dry-aged steaks at this bustling, warm-hued chophouse. Chops is proud to present the best in "in-house" dry-aged Prime, American, certified Japanese, and Australian wagyu steaks for less! With over 100 whiskey selections, along with a 350-bottle wine list, creative craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic selections, Chops pays homage to the great American steak house.

Valet parking is available behind Chops City Grill off of 8th Street. Limited parking is offered behind the restaurant, but there is also a free parking garage located on 8th Street and 4th Avenue South for additional parking options.

Incomplete parties will not be seated, so please arrive together. If you anticipate being late, please call. Parties arriving more than 15 minutes late may experience a seating delay.

Only service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Bar opens at 4:30pm and dinner services starts 5:00pm

    Three of our 4 steak entrees were served cold. We chose to send only one back. It was returned cold again. The server was perturbed that we had the audacity to complain. A manager removed the cost of the entrees but was less than apologetic for a ruined dinner experience. We dine out more than ten times per week. This was an unpleasant New Year’s Eve experience. We would never go to Chops on 5th again.

    We have had many New Years Eve disappointments. Food, service, noise / this was the best experience ever. The check in service was warm and welcoming, our waitress was professional and pleasant the food was incredible!!!! Thank you for a wonderful evening!!

    Amazing annual food experience for our family. Even my 13 yo son tried the wagyu tasting. Great service and loved eating outside watching all the great cars drive by!

    Been coming to Chops for decades. Service, drinks & staff are awesome. Not sure if it’s the new ownership or an off night, but food was awful. What happened to the prime? I always order the same thing & this filet was poor quality & way overcooked and jalapeño au gratin potatoes were cold, undercooked and had zero cheese & zero jalapeños. Not the usual chops experience for me.
