To be fair, we are local, and this is not a place for locals. This is a tourist restaurant with tourist food. Fast, and loud. Our server was very nice knowledgeable and quick. food quality was more in line with a Chili's or Applebee's. Nothing wrong with that just not where we want to spend our special night out. Our card clearly said Anniversary but that was not mentioned by the hostess or the server.

It was a very good experience overall. I’ve been to Cooper’s Hawk many times before, and the service was pretty much the same as I came to expect the food was good, but the main dish came out a little dry in my opinion we got the braised spareribs. We have ordered this dish before and it came out perfect so this must be a one off. We also ordered the potstickers which have this really interesting spicy slaw. It’s worth mentioning that my reservation was for 5:30pm but they were able to take us in an hour earlier which allowed us to enjoy a more quiet atmosphere than dinner at the original time would have provided. Dinner for three ran at about $154 plus tip. For this reason, I’m a little more discerning about the food. I will be coming back again without hesitation. We also took the opportunity to join back up on the wine club, which has a number of benefits, not the least of which being birthday discounts, free, tastings, and of course, access to fantastic wines.

The hostess dropped the menus on the floor before sitting us and proceeded to sit us down with the same menus. Good service was extremely slow to the point where I wonder where my waitress was because I wanted another glass of wine. Before leaving I wanted to take some bottles of wine home as I am a member but it took forever to find the person in charge. Overall a very poor customer service experience, the staff has changed and this place is becoming nothing but trashy.
