We have eaten at Coopers Hawk in numerous locations and are normally pleased with our visits. Last evening’s visit to the Town and Country location was somewhat disappointing. While the food was good, the timing of the arrival of the appetizer and entrees was fairly slow, when asking our server about the appetizer she mentioned that the kitchen was running behind, but other service and attention to our table was spotty. She appeared to have a large number of tables assigned. It took a while to get our check and she she did thank us for our patience. I did comment to the front desk when exiting and asked if they were short staff this evening to which they acknowledged that several persons had not come in.

The portions were extremely small and dried out typically our portions are very nice size for the money that we pay for our food. They’re also weren’t any sauces on our meals that usually got very disappointing.

I drove 41 minutes to get to the establishment, just to get disappointed. My entree that I ordered was very bland. Although the Brussel sprouts were decent. The ambiance of the restaurant could be better.

Omg it took us forever to get out of that Cooper’s hawk just because of the bad service. We were waiting forever to get us started for drinks and apps. Then our sever came in, took order and I told her that since it’s already 8:40 we needed food right now after apps. Once the drinks and apps came she disappeared for a long time. Such a long time that we all wee hungry and waited for her for 15 minutes. I asked another server to look for her. He comes and says he doesn’t know where she is :( so I stood up and went in-the front of the restaurant where they greet and welcome. She walks in w me to find our server and then we see her bringing our dinner. Once dinner is done she brings the check upon my saying as I was staying on top of my agenda since I didn’t wanted her to disappear lol She brings inthe check and disappears again. The check is incorrect as one additional item is added which we never ordered. When she comes back I say to her and she says yes I see it’s incorrect. Another wait now to get the check and get done. We were exhausted of the wait time through out our dinner. It wasn’t worth at all to get this experience. Also it wasn’t not busy at all as they take their last order or get ppl seated at 9pm. Wish the server would hang out around or keep checking to the customers to make sure they can attend to them in a timely manner.
