The service was horrible. We had a 6:15 reservation,sat down by 6:20 but didn't see the waitress until about 6:45. We immediately ordered appetizers and drinks and did not get our drinks until about 7p and still had no waters or the non alcoholic drinks. We ordered the dinner as soon as the appetizers came out about 7:10p and did not get our dinner until 8:45pm!!!! I asked about 8pm if our food was almost ready and was told they are making it now as if they hadn't started until a few minutes before I asked. The food was delivered to 2 people out of 5 and cold before they brought out the other 3 people's food.

Out of our first 2 choices today. Waitress had no idea there were St. Patrick meals available. Asking for a refund.

We had family in town for the weekend and decided to end the weekend with brunch & bubbles at Cooper’s Hawk. Who doesn’t love boogie coffees, Bloody Marys, and salted caramel doughnuts? Mike our server was friendly, funny & gave us great service! Besides the doughnuts we loved the jammy eggs with avocado toast, brisket hash and lobster bisque. We will definitely be back soon!

The food and overall setting was wonderful. I watched servers and they were outstanding and attentive. We had a waitress that took a while to get to us and struggled with her job and lacked excitement with customer service.
