The Cosmopolitan is open daily for indoor dining plus takeout.

Chad Scothorn, Owner and Executive Chef, has received national attention and praise for his original cuisine. Truly authentic, all menu items are made entirely from scratch, including the house baked bread, sauces, desserts, and even the ice creams. Cosmopolitan offers an extensive wine list with local, domestic and international wines, and delicious craft cocktails.

                                                              From the time we walked in, they took care of all our large group’s needs so well! Crystal was an incredible hostess greeting us, Gino was all over the service at the table! Food was very good, get the seafood, it’s excellent!

                                                              The place was cute, nice vibe. We ordered a bottle of wine, and it was set aside for chilling (we never saw the location as our backs were to it). By the time we were done with dinner and paid we were thinking there was no way we finished the bottle. As we were walking out, I went back to find the service and asked, turns out we had half a bottle left. I feel this was some bad service, and if they can't continue to fill the glass, they need to leave the bottle at the table.

                                                              Everything was awesome besides our server. He came across as very arrogant. He’s the sommelier at the Peaks as well and was extremely snooty. Service was fine, but his attitude was average at best. Everything else was spectacular.

                                                              Our family enjoyed our NYE 3 course dinner. The staff was great, the food was delicious and the presentation was was fabulous. The staff came out and counted down New Years with us and we all gave a cheer. Too 2025 ….

                                                              This is a Telluride staple conveniently located by the gondola station. An absolute date night location. The food is always amazing and the cocktail menu is always spot on for the seasons.

                                                              A beautiful restaurant with excellent food and good and professional service. By far the best restaurant we visited in Telluride and, refreshingly, not compelling diners down a Price Fixed approach. The starters were outstanding, the volcano rolls and calamari in particular. The mains were delivered hot and were exceptional too- this is clearly a talented chef and kitchen team. Thank you.
