Dine at Craft to experience Tom Colicchio’s signature ‘What's Local Is Best’ cooking with an always evolving collection of simply prepared dishes created to highlight high quality, seasonal ingredients. “Simple doesn’t mean simplistic,” Tom says in his book, Think Like a Chef, and the food at Craft serves as proof. Perennial favorites include pan-roasted diver scallops, braised beef short ribs, and a bounty of Greenmarket sides.
We also offer our a la carte dinner menu for takeaway through craftrestaurant.com & local delivery is powered by Caviar. *Unconfirmed reservations may be subject to cancellation.*

Excellent food as always. Waitress was outstanding and personable. Great choices, though scallops were off the menu due to availability. Serving was a little clunky. We understand the concept of composing your own dish at the table, but servers did not seem to understand where to put each dish between main course and sides. Also felt like I could have used a sharper blade for my crispy fish, but none was offered. Overall, an outstanding dining experience. We will be back.

This is a great menu with great farm to table food. The beet salad tasted like the beets were just pulled from the ground. They were so fresh. I would’ve liked a little more lettuce with a beet salad and perhaps some goat cheese, but it was excellent. My friend and I shared the scallops and the halibut. The halibut was cooked to perfection and the scallops were so sweet and tender. We also had the cheesy mashed potatoes and those were divine. They paired well with our entrées as well. The crème brûlée cheesecake with mandarin oranges was just superb. The oranges added a nice light touch to a very well done cheesecake. I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you craft for a lovely dinner.

We waited 40 minutes for our reservation and many other customers had the same issue. It’s one thing to wait with no reservations but everyone had reservations. Really unprofessional and amateur.

We celebrated my birthday at Craft, and every aspect of the dinner was excellent. From the food, the service, the wine, the music, the ambiance; everything. Highly recommended for every day meals out or special occasions. Portion sizes are also very reasonable, and the price-quality ratio can't be beat. Real ingredients are showcased for their inherent value, rather than over-processing foods into foams, etc. If you want to enjoy excellent products in an excellent space, look no further.
