   Food is pretty spendy, especially for lunch. It was good, but not as good as it should’ve been for the money. And the fries weren’t very fresh.

   Normally we love Crave but this experience wasn’t great. Table was gross, where we sat was loud, and the sushi wasn’t great. We were disappointed in our visit.

   Server didn’t remember to put appetizers in before food order they came after the food order. The wings had feathers still in the skin and they were Luke warm, the sushi was fishy. They have recently made the menu much smaller. We usually love crave but felt the quality was super lacking and we still paid 150 dollars for dinner. It was not a meal worth that at all. Seems like restaurants are upping their prices all the time and slowly providing less quality food.

   Took forever to get service and when we had questions the waitress seemed annoyed and her demeanor was as if she was on drugs.

   My wife and I our Crave regulars. We've been to every Crave in Minnesota and the Mall of America location is our favorite. The staff is great, the Mgr Amanda is great, and the food is always on point. Our regular go to items are the Firecracker shrimp, truffle parm fries, Bamboo Bite Roll, Mexican Roll (be sure to squeeze that lime on), and the Two Times Tuna roll (a new one). The specialty drinks are great and we finish the night with an Espresso Martini.

   Wanted to make reservation at 3:30PM for a 7PM dinner. Was told they don't accept same day reservations. Stepped out of the restaurant and made a 7PM reservation with Open Table. What is up with their management?

   Server was attentive , food quality has seemed to have gone down since they changed their menu ; but still a pleasant experience.

   My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Crave at the Mall of America. The food was delicious and the service was fast and the staff were friendly. We are looking forward to going back and trying other food on the menu.

    We got seated right away with our reservation drink orders and water glasses stayed full. Food came out timely and delicious. Exactly what we ordered. But they completely forgot the appetizer. Mall of America can also be noisy and busy, which it was on this Saturday afternoon.
