CUCINA enoteca is located on the west side of Fashion Island, Orange County's most sophisticated retail experience. Owner Tracy Borkum's flair for combining great ambience, award-winning cuisine and unparalleled service are once again starring components in this latest Urban Kitchen Group creation. Executive Chef Tim Kolanko and Chef de Cuisine Cesar Sarmiento bring their artistry to the table as guests enjoy an open kitchen. The menu features Italian classics with a modern twist, made with the freshest local, organic and sustainable ingredients. Along with a diverse selection of wines by the glass, guests may visit the restaurant's retail area to select from over 200 bottles for dinner (corkage fee of $10 applies) or purchase wine to go. The energetic space features contemporary elements and vintage artifacts creating the feel of a modern Italian kitchen combined with the comfort of a rustic farmhouse.

    The atmosphere is lovely, but it was pretty noisy and tough to have a conversation. Food was very good and quick coming out. Unfortunately, Our waiter was rude and acted bothered by anything we asked for including asking to order.

    Tanner was a fantastic server! He was friendly, gave us extra attention for our anniversary, and gave great recommendations. The food was perfect (as usual), and we so appreciate the bartender recreating my husband’s favorite drink from an old menu - the black manhattan.

    It was a busy night But we did have reservations I called ahead and asked for a quiet table They sat us in the patio, which was fine but the table had a high cold draft coming right down on us We asked to move to a warmer area There was a nice table for 5 so I asked for that Hostess said that was for reservations Well we had reservations- but guess we weren’t prioritized Dinner was ok but salad came with dinner and not before And so we were eating salad with dinner Trying to spilt food on very tiny plates They did nit have bigger plates Food good but service just not great

    An underwhelming dining experience with sprinkles of positive interactions. The hostess was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was rather nice but it was a very loud restaurant but we didn’t mind that at all. It was a packed restaurant for a Saturday night. My pasta dish was bland with minimal flavor. The prawn salad had no flavor and overloaded with salt. The male waiter was lazy and missing in action for the majority of the night (we had to pour our own sparkling water the entire evening and chase him down for requests). Not an ideal dining experience. All in all a bad experience from a culinary and service perspective at CUCINA enoteca.

    Had a great NYE experience at CE. Food was delicious, the short ribs were lovely, not sure what their spin on the sauce is but was divine! Hubby got the GF pasta bolognese and that was delicious as well! Waiter was friendly and attentive.

    I had dinner at Cucina Enoteca on New Year’s Eve with my whole family. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the food, the wine selection and the excellent service. Bravo Cucina Enoteca for a fabulous experience! We hope to visit many more times in 2025.

    New years even family dinner. This place is always a win! Great ambience, great food and excellent service. Our waitress Kristen/Kristy?(sorry can’t remember). She was absolutely fantastic!

    Had a very enjoyable New Years Eve dinner at this location. Our 3rd year in a row celebrating the new year at this restaurant. Great atmosphere and hospitality.
