Nattha is from Bangkok, Thailand and holds to the highest standards. Our entire kitchen staff is Asian. Chef de Cuisine Sam speaks four languages and brings over 25 years of Asian culinary expertise to Nattha’s Bann Thai and prepares everything from sauces to rich curry paste by hand. Pastry Chef Jenny has worked at her family's Chinese restaurant for years and hand makes the egg rolls and crab puffs.
