The Club Tavern and Grill was originally The Grantree Restaurant when three men from Conrad, Montana purchased it in 1985. The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Once a dark 70’s style bar and casual dining restaurant, it also featured a fine dining area.In 1999, The Grantree Restaurant was revised and remodeled to give it a more casual Montana feel.In 2008, the Partners decided to change the name and again do a remodel with more of an upscale sport’s bar style hence creating what today is The Club Tavern and Grill, Bozeman’s Upscale Sport’s Bar with 20 TVs, a Casino, Full Bar, and Sports packages. This is a wonderful restaurant in Bozeman. Close to fine dining as you will find. I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10. The night before we dined at the new BISTRO restaurant in town. A real "find" and I'd rate it a 10. Both are worth visiting, but BISTRO was one notch better.

Great local place to go. Subdued lighting gives it a cozy feeling. Food was very good. If you have a small group, ask for the private dining room.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Every item was exceptional. Even the bread was deliciously unique. It was a busy evening, but everything came out timely and hot Bri was the server. Very kind and professional. She was very attentive, but not intrusive. First class service. The atmosphere was very nice and conducive for a great time. I am very picky and have to say this exceeded my high standards. Will for sure be back.
