Bistro 28 is located at Pole Creek Golf Course. We are currently closed, and reopen for Thanksgiving. Winter hours are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 3pm-8pm. If you would like to plan a Special Event, please reach out! Reservations are required for the Ranch House Restaurant at Devils Thumb Ranch which sits rather unpretentiously on the edge of a sweeping meadow with the Continental Divide above, and worn hardwood floors below.
