Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Bread is baked daily and all desserts, pastries and ice cream are all made on the premises using quality ingredients.

We all grew up in spaces that equated food with love, just like this place. Everything we have done here is deliberate, from the art on the walls to the produce we use.     Celebrating Valentine’s Day was made even more special with our dinner and experience at the Milton Wine Bar. Apart from the food being delicious, there was so much of it - definitely value for money. Being out the back with light rain falling on the corrugated roof also added to the ambiance of the evening.

    We had the loveliest waiter (so sorry I didn’t grab your name!) who took such good care of us, was so attentive and funny. The service truly made it but the food was actually gorgeous too! Would 100% come back. Lovely vibe and the friendliest staff who really make it
