The Grounds Coffee Factory is truly a unique spot to enjoy a stylish ambience with lovely people from the warm welcome in the beginning to the great service in the restaurant to the lovely goodbye. We not only tried the delicious, perfect lunch, coke with vanilla ice cream (super delicious even if it sounds crazy in the first place) but also enjoyed banana split and obviously the fantastic coffee. The lovely waitress Eva really made our stay perfect and treated us with so much warmth and kindness. Our factory tour beforehand with the amazing Emerson was an adventure too. He truly followed his passion to share his devotion for coffee and included us fully in his tour, answered every question and made us feel very welcome. We had a great experience here. The service was amazing and the staff member looking after us was attentive. We enjoyed the food too. Highly recommend for anyone to do the Bottomless Lunch.
