I cannot recommend Shelanous Restaurant enough! I pre-booked two months in advance for my husband's birthday, and it was worth every bit of the wait. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. The food was absolutely divine—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. My husband was thrilled with the experience, and it truly made his birthday unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an incredible meal, Shelanous is the place to go. Thank you to the entire team for making our night so memorable! Fun setting with yummy food and cocktails and great service

The vegetarian selection is still utterly rubbish. Why can’t there be one dish that’s actually not terrible or weird combinations. Also the slaw was pure mustard - the schnitzel was super crispy though

They were a little slammed by the late holiday demand, but the service was friendly, the prices reasonable and the food was pretty good. Fresh mussels on the Peninsula are always hard to beat.

I ordered the Eggs Benny that came with pulled pork. Interesting combination. I did not enjoy it at all. The bread was hard to cut, there was way too much pulled pork and just a drizzle of the hollandaise sauce. Disappointing considering it cost $27. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
