Their thoughtful inquiry translated into a delightful surprise dessert later that evening, a gesture that earned them well-deserved bonus points. From start to finish, every aspect of our experience was flawless. The service was nothing short of impeccable. Natasha, along with the rest of the team, displayed a level of expertise and grace that elevated the entire evening. Her deep knowledge of the menu, warm professionalism, and discretion were unmatched. The evening reached another level of magic when Evans, the head chef, took the time to give us a tour of his kitchen. He shared insights into his creative process and the sourcing of ingredients, a personal touch that thrilled my wife, an avid MasterChef fan. I have visited about 7 times now and it never disappoints. The food is always excellent. I have had a range of pasta and fish and desert and its all been delicious every time. Compliments to the chef! The staff are very friendly. I went with a group of friends on a Saturday for lunch and it was quite noisy but we still had a fab time. Looking forward to going back.

Staff were super friendly and as we were there to celebrate a big birthday they treated us to lovely drinks. Views are lovely across Tower of London and Tower bridge. Nice chilled atmosphere would definitely go again

Had a lovely Sunday morning here enjoying the Champagne Breakfast. At first there was no atmosphere and it felt very formal and slightly strained, with only the sounds of low conversation and cutlery when we arrivedand i regretted booking. It was making me feel slightly uncomfortable even though staff were supper friendly, especially Quinten. I asked if the extremely low background music I heard up at the bar area could be turned up to create a more comfortable, relaxed vibe. Thankfully this was done and the whole atmosphere instantly changed for the better. Sunday breakfast should be fun and not feel like sitting in the board room. The food at the buffet was plentiful for the amount of guest, very fresh with a really good variety so we didn't find it necessary to order from the menu. I enjoyed the Greek yogurt aling with the vast selection of nuts and seeds, fresh fruit and honey from the honeycomb. The scrabled eggs were very light, infact the best I've had in ages. The sourdough was perfect and i was able to toast it. Finally i had a few cut of cheese and fruits to finish off my champagne, then sat until early midday with a pot of tea people watching which is great in this hotel. We agreed the champagne breakfast offer was very good value and we'd probably book this again when we are next in London.
