Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. An open kitchen and open flame oven center the dining room, creating a menu of rustic, comforting dishes with a worldly influence. Where ever possible, local ingredients from Ontario and the surrounding provinces are woven throughout our seasonal menus. The ambiance was amazing. The drinks weren't bad either. It was just too crowded and too noisy. Barely any space to reach your chair. Too many chairs and tables in a little space. It ruined the experience.

We visited the racetrack this weekend to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We booked 2 booths for 15 of us and brought along 7 kids. Every person we dealt with was fantastic. Everyone was attentive, friendly and so helpful! The employees were great with our kids and definitely went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed o ur visit. 10/10. Would recommend this experience to everyone!
